Thinking Outside the Box Inspired Us to Build Inside the Box!

We’re excited to announce that we will be expanding our services to container homes! What are container homes? Container homes are made from steel shipping containers that are more commonly used to carry goods on trains, trucks, and ships. Recently, they are starting to be used to build homes and other spaces. Container homes have many advantages over a traditional home:

• Ideal for those looking to downsize

• More cost efficient

• Has the durability and strength to withstand hurricane conditions by being anchored to its elevated concrete pile

• Elevated to prevent from flooding

• Excellent for remote places and conditions

• Includes self-sufficient and renewable energy such as solar power

• Design is versatile at minimal costs and can be easily modified

• Insulated for hot and cold conditions

• Prefabricated units can be easily transported to remote locations

• Working on designs to be able to quickly connect and disconnect utility lines

• Can be used for commercial and residential spaces

We’ll be working with local well-known architectural firms to bring this project to life. Future project site ideal for student housing has been selected near the University of Houston. Model homes will be available for viewing in 2019. We can’t wait for you to join us in this new chapter of our company!
